Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
After 14 days from the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personal care or hygiene items (for health and safety reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item shows signs of use
- The item is not in its original condition
- Parts are missing not due to our error
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method (card, Revolut, etc.) within a few working days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider or payment service (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service
